Exchange Policy

Cairodrobe follows a strict exchange-only policy. We do not provide refunds, cash returns, or payment reversals once an order has been confirmed and delivered. Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order. To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Exchange requests submitted after the 24-hour period will not be accepted. All delivery, return shipping, and re-delivery fees related to exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
